PureBed ("PureBed", "we", "us") operates the store at purebed.co (the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have. The store is operated from Israel and powered by Shopify. Data controller: PureBed, Tel-Aviv, Israel — purebed.uvpro@gmail.com.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Contact details: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone.
- Order & transaction details: items viewed, cart, purchases, returns.
- Payment information: processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers).
- Account details: if you create an account.
- Communications: messages you send us.
- Device & usage data: IP address, browser/device info, and interactions with the site, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To process and ship your orders and provide customer support (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- To operate, secure and improve the store and prevent fraud (legal basis: legitimate interests).
- To send marketing emails where you have consented, which you can withdraw at any time (legal basis: consent).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We collect only the information necessary for these purposes.

3. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share personal information only with:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf;
- Payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Shopify Payments) to process payments;
- Our fulfilment/shipping partner to deliver your order;
- Judge.me, to display product reviews;
- Authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics/advertising features may be considered "sharing" under US law — you can opt out (see Section 6).

4. COOKIES
We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, checkout, security), analytics cookies (Shopify), and functional third-party cookies (Judge.me, PayPal). 5. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We may process your data outside your country. For transfers from the EEA/UK we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

7. DATA RETENTION
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. CHILDREN
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
