Refund policy

We want you to love your PureBed UV Pro. If you're not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, the item should be unused or show only normal signs of use consistent with a trial period, returned in original packaging where possible. Contact purebed.uvpro@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Warranty: 1-year coverage for manufacturing defects — contact us to claim.
